If Dame Ysolde determines that your request does not meet the conditions of the Scarlet Flame, or that it cannot be handled responsibly, it will be declined and your payment will be refunded in full.
You never pay for a preparation that will not be carried out.
Once your request is accepted, you receive every element announced: the confidential review of your Three Embers™, your personalized Scarlet Flame preparation, confirmation of completion, your after-ritual instructions, and access to all three bonuses.
If any announced element is missing, notify us within 30 days of your purchase. It will be delivered or corrected at no additional cost.
If no observable change appears within 30 days after your Flame has been completed, your situation will receive further personalized support at no additional cost.
Dame Ysolde will reassess your Three Embers™ to identify what may have changed, been omitted, or require a different approach.
If your request still meets the conditions of the Scarlet Flame, she will give priority to a personalized adjustment and a second lighting.
One priority adjustment and one second lighting are included per order.
If your request cannot be accepted, you receive a refund.
If it is accepted, you receive the complete service that was announced.
If your situation remains unchanged, you receive a priority personalized adjustment and a second lighting.
AVAILABILITY DEPENDS ON REAL PREPARATION CAPACITY
Dame Ysolde can only take on a small number of requests at a time.
This page may therefore close when her preparation capacity is full, then reopen when new places become available.
